San Diego Fleet Week 2024 has come to a close, wrapping up a fantastic week celebrating members of our military and their families. Liberty Military Housing is a proud sponsor of San Diego Fleet Week, helping produce and organize several events throughout the week!  

The week kicked off with the Fleet Week Football Classic, where military families gathered to watch the San Diego State Aztecs face off against the New Mexico Lobos. Liberty families enjoyed complimentary tickets and food vouchers while having a great time cheering for the teams!  

The excitement continued with Military Family Day, which was held at Broadway Pier and co-hosted by the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Liberty. Hundreds of military families gathered for the fun-filled day and enjoyed hands-on military displays, live music, local food trucks, and resource groups geared specifically to their needs.    

Fleet Week culminated with the annual San Diego Veterans Day Parade, honoring those who have served our country through military service. Several Liberty team members who are also veterans had the chance to march in the parade alongside past military members as thousands of San Diego residents lined along the parade route to pay tribute to their service.  

San Diego Fleet Week is always a highlight for Liberty residents and team members alike! We are dedicated to serving those who serve our country and are extremely proud to support endeavors to honor, celebrate, and thank the men and women of our nation’s military.
