Home to the Navy’s elite Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor Program, also known as TOPGUN, Liberty’s Fallon community has undergone a complete redevelopment over the past six years. The result is a modern, thoughtfully designed neighborhood that offers military families unmatched convenience, quality, and support.

With 219 homes and a variety of tailored amenities for military families, including six playgrounds, a splash pad, a fitness center, and dedicated community gathering spaces, Fallon provides more than just housing – it fosters connection, stability, and peace of mind for those who serve our country and their families. Fallon is also consistently recognized for outstanding customer service, earning the CEL & Associates “A-List” Award for 12 consecutive years and maintaining a 4.93 satisfaction score for maintenance requests. Through the company’s “Liberty At Your Service” platform, residents have 24/7 access to assistance, reinforcing Liberty’s commitment to care and communication.

“Fallon is a powerful example of how we responsibly reinvest our residents’ Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) dollars to create incredible communities,” said Nancy Meissner, District Manager, Liberty Military Housing. “We recognize that these projects are made possible by our residents who choose to live with Liberty, and we are committed to reinvesting their dollars directly into these communities for the benefit of military families for years to come.”
