Liberty Military Housing is proud to announce that we have again ranked among the Top 100 of the National Center for Employee Ownership’s (NCEO) distinguished list of the Employee Ownership 100, a ranking of the largest companies that are at least 50% employee-owned in the United States. This year, Liberty has moved up the list four spots, earning a #91 ranking.
NCEO is a nonprofit organization that has supported the employee-owner community since 1981 and Liberty is honored to be recognized among other employee-owners across the nation.
Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), Liberty is able to provide our employees with an ownership stake in our company, our mission, and our future. Since launching in 2020, Liberty has become the largest ESOP in the property management industry.
“Liberty was founded to serve military families, and the ESOP plan provides an attractive benefit to our talented and hard-working employees, many of whom have a military affiliation,” says Philip J. Rizzo, CEO, Liberty Military Housing. “By giving each of our team members ownership in the company, Liberty hopes to better reward their dedication and commitment to serving our residents for years to come.”
Liberty recognizes that we are powered by our people, and we are dedicated to helping our employee-owners succeed both personally and professionally. Our ESOP has been an asset to our culture of camaraderie and collaboration and has allowed us to attract and retain a talented team of professionals who demonstrate unparalleled dedication to our mission.
We’re always looking for dedicated team members in a variety of roles to help create meaningful results that help us meet our company goals. If you’re ready to grow your career with us, visit our Careers page and envision your future with Liberty.
