To Our Military Families & Valued Residents-
As we move forward with the process of reopening our communities, the health and safety of our residents and team members will continue to be our primary focus. There will be a multi-phased approach to reopening the common areas, amenity spaces, and district offices within each community.
During phase I, our teams will continue to prepare our common areas including playgrounds* and dog parks to be reopened for resident use. We do require social distancing and other precautionary guidelines as recommended by the CDC as we open these areas. Your community district office remains closed to the public; however, our teams are still on-site to help assist you with your housing needs.
*JBLM playgrounds are currently open. Variations of common area reopening will be communicated by the district teams.
When utilizing common areas, we ask that you:
Wear a face covering
Wash or sanitize your hands often
Follow posted capacity guidance as posted
Give each other space and practice social distancing of at least 6 feet apart
Most importantly, if you feel sick, have a fever, are coughing, have difficulty breathing, or if in the last two weeks you have been in close contact with a person with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, please avoid these common areas.
The community amenity spaces to include clubhouses, pools, and fitness centers will remain closed at this time and we are working hard to prepare some of your favorite places to reopen. We remain committed to communicating updates as they become available.
Each community has a unique set of amenities, so please feel free to reach out to your district manager should you have any questions. As a reminder, if you have any needs due to PCS changes or delays, our team is happy to help, please call or email us anytime.
We look forward to seeing you (from six feet) around the community!
