Integrity. Respect. Care. These are the words that come to mind when describing Gail Miller, Liberty’s Chief Operating Officer. Over her 35-year career, Gail has cultivated a trusted reputation as a leader known for operational excellence and demonstrated commitment to people. And we’re not the only ones who see it! Liberty is thrilled to announce that Gail has been recognized for her amazing impact as one of GlobeSt.’s 2025 Women of Influence.
The GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards are a prestigious annual recognition program that honors women who have made significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Recipients are recognized not only for their professional successes, but also for their dedication to ethical standards, mentorship, and impact on their communities.
As a leader, Gail conducts every interaction with transparency, respect, and empathy, taking the time to truly listen and working tirelessly to find long-term solutions that will make things better for team members and residents. The support that she offers to others has blazed the path for her team to reach new heights, as evidenced by several significant milestones the company achieved last year, including a multi-million-dollar investment into the renovation and redevelopment projects across Liberty’s portfolio and recognition as a leader in resident satisfaction by SatisFacts.
Outside of her role as COO, Gail has been active in several professional organizations over the course of her career and has taken on leadership roles within the Southern California Rental Housing Association an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, Gail has been an active volunteer with the Armed Services YMCA in San Diego and serves on the board of Giving Liberty, a charity fund that offers financial assistance to Liberty employee-owners who are experiencing an unplanned life-altering circumstance.
Gail’s passion for serving others is boundless and has profound benefits to the real estate professionals who work with her and the residents who live in Liberty communities. She is incredibly deserving of this honor, and we are grateful for the opportunity to benefit from her leadership!
