That’s why we launched Live Well Liberty, our new employee wellness program that aims to help our team members thrive through four pillars: movement, nourishment, purpose, and connection. These pillars will guide our future employee engagement programs.
As part of the Live Well Liberty program launch, we have introduced two new benefits to our team members. First, team members now have free access to Wellhub, an all-in-one platform that connects employees to resources that support their goals for fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, and beyond. Through Wellhub, team members can access resources to over 8,200 wellness partners and 15,000 gyms and fitness studios for free without needing individual memberships. Some of the gyms and wellness partners include LifeTime Fitness, SoulCycle, Crunch, LA Fitness, Apple Fitness, Headspace, Strava, Nutrium, and much more.
Live Well Liberty is also rolling out a program that provides team members with access to mental health resources through Liberty Cares: Marketplace Chaplains and the MyChap app. Through this app, team members will have 24/7 access to expert mental health chaplains who can offer support through call, text, video chat, or email.
Since the program’s official launch in December 2024, Live Well Liberty has been enthusiastically embraced by our team members. Over 50% of team members have registered for Wellhub, and there have been more than 4,000 interactions in the program’s first two months.
